OVERALL SCOPE OF THE ORGANISATION

Our client is incorporated to meet the growing demand in the market for efficient Supply Chain Management (SCM) and logistics systems. They provide personalized SCM/Logistics solutions aligned with the varying needs of companies based on its own integrated Supply Chain & Logistics solution. Depending on the customers’ needs, various solution combinations are offered which ensures a steady information exchange among the solutions and connections within the systems.

BROAD SCOPE

Reporting to the Group leader, the Business & Systems analyst shall monitor all daily operational volumes & activities within Cello system and provide recommendations on areas for improvements. Review EDI integration issues that may arise for Samsung business & develop plans to error proof the functional flows of integration mapping from carrier to Cello & from Cello to NERP. Development of tools to assist in labour planning, Productivities & KPI performance. Develop requirement & test scripts for any Cello systems developments with regional IT platform teams. Project manage any change requests to completion.

· ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Monitoring and Manage EDI interface between all parties

o Monitoring EDI Receiving and Sending status in the System

o Trouble shooting or Escalation EDI Issue

o EDI Data: ASN, GR, DO, TO, GI, IOD, POD

o Develop system capability to optimise operations

o Consolidate EDI issue, find root cause & develop solutions.

· Monitor & troubleshoot system related issues

o Operation innovation

o System improvement

o System issues review monthly

o Lead project development with regional platform teams.

· Reporting & Month-End monitoring

o Review of business critical reporting

o Escalation of KPI risks and failures to Operations

o Develop KPI customer deck

· Coordinate information flow with all Parties (LSP’s & customer) systems

o Monitor improvement projects with LSP

o Contact with HQ/RHQ for all IT/warehouse issues

o Facilitate the flow of information between parties

o Key contact for Cello System issues

o Liaising with clients and LSP

o Keep record of system/operation failure

o Key contact of CELLO PLUS VOC list from customer

o Plan and co-ordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for new biz type and project

o Conducting formal training and maintain user and training documentation accordingly

o Maintenance of documentation for functional specifications for user by system developers

· Operational support

o Develop tools to assist Operations with Labour planning

o Analyse Operational & Transport data to assist in optimisation strategies

o Assist Inventory team in optimising storage & picking efficiencies (Pick path & heat-mapping)

· REQUIREMENTS:

· Managing EDI interfaces and error resolution

· Ability to analyse KPI results and operational performance

· Good understanding of TMS / WMS

· Ability to file and process big data using MS-Excel

· Great time management and administrational skills

· Advanced in excel
